Crew nights

Meet the people building the next campus.

Small, in-person evenings for the people who build, commission and run data centers, hosted by the employers building them.

First evenings being planned

Why in person

People move to employers they have met.

A campaign makes people recognise a name. An evening with the people behind it makes them want to work there. Crew nights are where that happens, months before a role is advertised.

01

Crew night

An after-work evening for 40 to 60 people. A short talk from a founding member's project leader on what is being built and who they need, then time to meet.

02

Site talk

A small group walks a live project with the people delivering it, where safety rules allow. The fastest way to see what the work is really like.

03

Career session

For people moving across from oil and gas, utilities and EPC. What transfers, which designations matter and what the first two years look like.

Coming up

The first evenings.

Dates and venues are announced to members first. Join the crew to get the invitation.

House rules

An evening for the crew, not a careers fair.

  • Members are invited first. Invitations go to the crew before anyone else, and seats are limited.
  • Only founding members host. Other employers cannot host or speak. That keeps the evenings about the work, not a recruiting fair.
  • No one is handed your details. Coming to an evening does not share your details with anyone. Introductions stay opt-in, one at a time.

Want your leaders on stage?

Crew nights are hosted only by founding members, and places are limited in each region. Talk to us about hosting the first evenings in your market.
